Goods Return Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund, excluding delivery charge

 To cancel, you can Email Customer services, write to us at Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

 Any returns outside these dates will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 If you believe the product to have a fault, please do not return it without first contacting us to explain the problem, as a refund or part refund cannot be given unless it is fully established by the manufacturer that the fault is with the product itself, and not damaged or wrongly fitted. Products returned outside of our returns policy may be sent back to the customer and/or charged to the customer for return.

  Items fitted and/or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

 Item(s) may be returned to Hansgrohelive Store or we can arrange collection of the items for a charge, or you can arrange delivery at your cost.

 Non-stock items that are a special order  from Hansgrohe (special finishes, shower temples, shower panels and baths) cannot be returned. Also please note that cancellation of an order for these items prior to delivery will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

 All items must be returned in their original Hansgrohe box. Please do not stick any labels or write on the Hansgrohe box. Damaged boxes will incur a 20% repackaging charge.
