Cleaning Tips for your new Hansgrohe Bathroom

Once you have your new Hansgrohe bathroom installed, be sure to care for it and your new bathroom will last a lifetime. Regular cleaning with water and a mild soapy solution is all that is needed to keep your bathroom in pristine condition but below are a few simple steps to keep in mind.

1. Rinse well and polish dry with a clean, soft cloth.
2. Towel dry any water left on the product to avoid water spots on the finish.
3. Don’t use cleaners containing acids, abrasives, or solvents.
4. Avoid using spray-on, leave-on “no rinse” everyday shower cleaners—many of these are highly corrosive.
5. An important thing to remember is damage caused by these cleaners is not covered by the Hansgrohe warranty.
6. Clean filter gaskets and aerators once a year—more often if you have very hard water.
7. Hansgrohe showerheads and handshowers incorporate patented self-cleaning systems to keep spray channels free of deposits.

For scale build-up on the spray face, use a recognized high quality brand of lime scale remover. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, and use only on the spray face—do not use on plated surf
